Unifi Services - - Responsibilities:
Performs passenger service functions including making reservations, preparation and issuance of tickets and itineraries, checking baggage;
Checks passengers for correct travel documents and ticket validity;
Performs lost and found activities, tracing procedures and search and returns of found articles;
Prepares and maintains required records and reports of lost and found activities;
Maintains inventory and records of shipments accepted, warehoused, dispatched and delivered to customers
