Cox Automotive in Atlanta, GA (also serving Orlando, FL) is seeking a Bilingual Service Center Specialist II to join the Employee Service Center team. You will handle HR, payroll, benefits, and leave inquiries via calls, email, chat, and SMS, logging cases and striving for first-contact resolution.
You will work Monday–Friday, 9:30am–6:30pm EST, supporting employees across four time zones while maintaining high service standards and data privacy. Knowledge of AI-assisted tools is a plus.
