Job Summary
Mercedes-Benz Stadium Ticket Attendants are the front‑facing point of contact for guests, providing courteous service and resolving ticketing issues.
Role and Responsibilities- Greet guests, fans and clients at the stadium.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including gate entry assistance.
- Troubleshoot ticketing issues via Ticketmaster, mobile apps and ticketing systems.
- Resolve mobile ticketing questions and issues with courtesy and professionalism.
- Prioritize ticketing problems while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Assist with mobile app and Ticketmaster ticketing operations at gates.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Preferred experience in event ticketing field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and courteous, respectful demeanor.
- Ability to work outdoors, stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable using mobile devices and learning ticketing technologies.
- Ability to work irregular schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Team player who can work well in a team environment.
- Immediate availability to work events.
