Customer Support / Order Management
Pay Rate$18.38/hr (W2 contract)
LocationAtlanta, GA (M to F – 4 days onsite)

Assist Customer service analyst in processing weekly orders. Reactively answer questions from customers on stock levels expedite request and work with warehouse to ensure orders ship on time.
The type of orders are coffee based orders.
Primary Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming telephone calls chats and tickets
- Assist with order problems exchanges edits and tracking
- Develop a knowledge of products services etc and effectively convey this information to customers
- Understand and resolve compliance issues in accordance with policies and procedures
- Be an active team member and support overall teamwork and morale
- Adhere to all established procedures policies and safety rules
- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone and via email.
- Customer service skills and professionalism with a strong ability to diffuse customer concerns
- Manage customer issues, analyzing opportunities and providing system and process solutions that meet or exceed Customer expectations.
- Proficiency with technical troubleshooting of common computer-related issues.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
