Race Trac is hiring a Guest Engagement Specialist to deliver the WOW guest experience by resolving service issues promptly and courteously. You will handle calls, emails, and mail, escalate as needed, and track resolutions in the guest service system.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and prior customer service experience. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; schedule is Tue-Sat, 9am–6pm. Race Trac values growth and service excellence.
