Associate Client Service Representative
We are currently seeking an Associate Client Service Representative (CSR) to support our advisors and provide excellent client service. The CSR will serve as the dedicated point of contact for two advisors and their clients. The position is full‑time, based in Tempe, and requires travel to our Scottsdale headquarters at least once a month for team meetings.
Responsibilities- Run financial plans in E‑Money
- Assist clients with accounts and logging in
- Assist in sending clients statements when requested
- Run reports and prepare documents for quarterly client portfolio reviews
- Maintain electronic and physical files
- Take detailed notes in CRM (Redtail) on all processes and client interactions
- Follow standard operating procedures to meet service steps and maintain compliance standards
- Send client welcome kits
- Schedule client appointments
- Travel to Scottsdale headquarters at least once a month for team meetings
- Assist with office functions such as mailings, call campaigns, answering phones, greeting clients, filing, maintaining break areas, ordering supplies, and other duties as assigned
- Exceptional client service and hospitality skills
- Ability to multitask and skillfully manage a fluctuating workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Series 7 or 6, Series 63 or 65
- Redtail CRM, Albridge and/or Pershing experience
- Notary
- Working knowledge of insurance, annuities, TPMM, PCRAs, QRPs, pensions
- Working knowledge of the custodian Pershing, LLC
- 10 days of PTO, plus an additional paid day off for your birthday (additional PTO awarded through tenure)
