As our Experience Concierge, you are the welcoming face of Atlanta Dental Spa. From the moment a patient walks through the door to the moment they leave, you ensure their visit feels personal, comfortable, and effortless. Your presence sets the tone for an experience our patients rave about and return to.

• Greet every patient warmly by name and create an inviting, comfortable atmosphere from the moment they arrive
• Provide new patient office tours and ensure each visitor feels genuinely excited about their ADS experience
• Manage and optimize the daily schedule, proactively filling gaps and confirming upcoming appointments
• Support patient check-in, ensuring forms, HIPAA consents, and financial agreements are completed before treatment
• Collect patient payments accurately at the time of service and verify insurance coverage in advance
• Make reminder calls, assist with recall outreach, and reduce no-shows through proactive communication
• Utilize Carestack and messaging tools to track follow-ups, recalls, and appointment reminders
• Prepare End-of-Day reports and ensure next-day schedules are set up for success
• Coordinate hospitality details, including welcome amenities and office environment setup
• Handle inbound calls, emails, deliveries, and vendor coordination with professionalism and care

• A personable, confident communicator who makes others feel instantly at ease
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities without losing warmth
• Polished and professional with a patient-first mindset in every interaction
• Comfortable using practice management and communication systems (Carestack a plus)
• Proactive and team-oriented, always looking for ways to support the success of the whole practice
• Energized by a fast-paced, high-standard environment where excellence is the baseline
