Role DescriptionThe Warranty Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for accurately processing warranty claims, verifying eligibility, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership policies. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing repair orders, gathering required documentation, submitting claims, and tracking approvals and reimbursements. The Warranty Administrator collaborates closely with service advisors, technicians, and accounting staff to resolve discrepancies and maintain up-to-date warranty records.
The role also involves communicating with customers and manufacturer representatives to support timely, transparent warranty service and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess strong Warranty Administration skills, including claim processing, documentation review, and familiarity with manufacturer policies.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and support a positive service experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and interacting with customers and manufacturer representatives.
- Candidates should possess solid Computer Literacy skills, including proficiency with dealership management systems, office software, and online warranty portals.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple claims and deadlines.
- Experience in automotive service or dealership operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, interact with a diverse team, and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in automotive service or administration is an asset.
