The representative acts as a dedicated resource, helping to navigate complex systems, complete necessary documentation, and connect with appropriate resources. This position requires a compassionate approach and a commitment to advocacy for the veteran community.

• Guide veterans, service members, and their families through the process of applying for various benefits.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding eligibility requirements
• Assist clients with gathering, organizing, and submitting required documentation for benefit claims.
• Stay informed about current veteran resources.
• Offer empathetic and patient support, actively listening to understand client needs and concerns.

• Demonstrated commitment to serving veterans and their families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• High level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn, interpret, and clearly explain complex information.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with office software and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
