As a key member of our Customer Service team, you'll work remotely with a flexible schedule and receive a company-provided laptop. Our team operates from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (ET), and your shift will be later in this window.

• Manage and resolve issues affecting multiple orders/customers.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to resolve service issues.
• Perform day-to-day customer service activities and manage escalations.
• Lead continuous improvement projects with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of high-volume promotional activities.
• Investigate claims, deductions, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Act as a liaison between departments and customers for order management.

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Three years in a customer-facing role or call center experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Salesforce & SAP.
