Booth Attendant - Woodruff Arts Center; Part-Time

Woodruff Arts Center - Atlanta, GA 30309, The Booth Attendant is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to guests while supporting the daily operations of the parking facility. This position may involve issuing parking tickets, receiving and documenting vehicles, inspecting vehicles for existing damage, and assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles as needed.

• Greet guests and provide professional, courteous customer service.
• Issue parking tickets and accurately record vehicle information.
• Receive vehicles and verify that the vehicle and ticket information are accurate.
• Perform a visual inspection of vehicles for existing damage and document findings as required.
• Update parking tickets or vehicle records when necessary.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently when assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicles, tickets, and transactions.
• Answer guest questions and provide directions or assistance as needed.
• Follow all company safety, parking, and customer service procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized booth and surrounding work area.
• Report vehicle damage, safety concerns, or operational issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Previous customer service or parking experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document vehicle information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles, when required.
• Must be dependable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to safely enter, exit, and operate vehicles when assigned parking or retrieval duties.
• Ability to lift and carry items as required by the position.
