Collier Hills Dental is now hiring a Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator in Atlanta, Georgia! Come join our wonderful practice with a high‑quality care of patients with a strong small private practice family feel, calm atmosphere and wonderful team! This is a great opportunity for a patient focused team player with the desire to learn and grow!

Full Time Dental Treatment Coordinator Schedule
  • Monday and Wednesday 7:45am to 5:00pm
  • Tuesday 6:45am to 4:00pm
  • Thursday 6:45am to 2:00pm (No Lunch)
  • Friday 6:45am to 1:00pm (1 Friday per Month, No Lunch 60 Minute Lunch Breaks)

  • Patient & Partner Practice Communications
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous 2+ years dental front office experience required
  • Extensive Experience in Dentistry Treatment Planning/Presentations, Case Acceptance, Building Productive & Efficient Provider Schedules, Insurance Billing/Posting, managing New Patient Leads, Etc.
  • Experience with dental practice software, Denticon
  • Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented
  • Reliable and collaborative team member
  • Prolonged sitting and standing as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be familiar with HIPPA and OSHA Compliance.
