Lead Provider opportunity within a high-demand Midtown Atlanta practice. Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services in a modern outpatient setting. Manage 2-3 operatories with dedicated clinical support staff. Perform approximately 8-10 procedures daily. Leadership autonomy with the ability to influence practice growth and culture. Established patient demand supporting long-term success and production.

Preferred Monday-Thursday Schedule. Four-Day Work Week. No Weekends. No Call Requirements. No Major Holidays. Consistent Daytime Hours.

Perform restorative, preventive, and comprehensive dental procedures. Lead day-to-day clinical operations as the primary provider. Develop treatment plans and educate patients on oral health. Manage multiple operatories efficiently. Collaborate with hygienists and support staff to optimize patient outcomes. Deliver exceptional patient-centered care while driving practice growth.

Requirements

DDS Or DMD Degree REQUIRED. Active Georgia Dental License REQUIRED Or Ability To Obtain. Minimum One Year Of Clinical Experience REQUIRED. Comfortable Managing Multiple Operatories REQUIRED. Strong Leadership And Communication Skills REQUIRED. Commitment To Patient-Centered Care REQUIRED. Experience With Dentrix Preferred.
