Associate Lead Dentist

As an Associate / Lead Dentist at Tend, you'll deliver exceptional preventive, restorative, and cosmetic care in a design-forward, tech-enabled studio. You'll craft personalized treatment plans, use digital diagnostics, and communicate transparently to create a welcoming, low-anxiety experience. Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental care aligned with Tend's clinical standards
• Develop personalized treatment plans using digital diagnostics and patient-friendly technology
• Build trusting, long-term relationships with patients through education and transparent communication
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and studio teams to ensure seamless, hospitality-driven visits
• Maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation and uphold infection control and safety protocols
• Mentor junior clinicians and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical workflows and patient experience
• Participate in quality initiatives, case reviews, and ongoing training to advance clinical excellence
• Support studio growth through community reputation, patient retention, and positive chairside experience

Required Skills

• Restorative dentistry (fillings, crowns, bridges)
• Preventive dentistry and oral pathology recognition
• Cosmetic dentistry (veneers, whitening, esthetic bonding)
• Endodontic diagnosis and basic root canal therapy
