The Department of Technology is seeking (1) PC Support Specialist
- Temp to join the already awesome team taking the School of Public Health to the next level of excellence!

- Deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems in the School of Public Health.
- Leverage software imaging and deployment tools (SCCM and JAMF) to install/update OS and applications on Windows and Mac computers.
- Document the maintenance conducted on hardware and software in the ticket tracking system (Service Now).
- Provide technical support for audio/video and other specialized hardware as needed (e.g., computers and audio/video systems in classrooms, conference rooms, and event venues, etc.)
- Perform tasks as assigned; other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and two years of related experience; or a high school or GED and six years of related experience; or a combination of education and experience.
