Experience:
Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 2+ years of practice - At least 2 years experience in treatment planning/financial coordination in a GP Dentist office
- Achieving monthly goals. AR, collections (98% or greater of production)
- Professional, prompt, and excels in providing excellent customer service
- Team player with an upbeat, positive attitude always
- Multi-tasker, who is detail-oriented
- Computer savvy is a MUST
- Open Dental experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and understanding insurance plans/benefits and accounts receivables

Full-time Financial Coordinator - Locaiton:
Atlanta, GA
Our office is looking for a motivated and compassionate Financial Coordinator to join our culture-driven team full-time. This is a patient-focused office with a strong team. We are looking for a long-term addition who wants to find a permanent home.
Daily Responsibilities- Call patients same day for any missed appointments, schedule appointments before the patient leaving, and contact patients to complete treatment.
- Prepare patient(s) and coordinate any financial arrangements
- Collect co-pays and have signed treatment plans prior to the patient being seen
- Schedule appointments prior to the patient leaving and/or submit insurance preauthorization’s
- Maintain accurate patient financial records
- Consistently call on outstanding account balances, and outstanding insurance claims and follow up with collection agencies
- Consistently submit accurate monthly patient statements
- Consistently submit daily insurance claims, including supporting documentation to avoid delayed payments
- Be able to thoroughly read and explain recommended treatment, insurance EOBs, and patient ledgers
- Other front desk assignments are not limited to; answering phones, checking patients in/out, scanning and filing
- Be a team player, think outside of the box, and assist others during downtime
