Dental Hygienist

Pay range $45-51 per hour, negotiable based on experience.

Up to $10,000 sign‑on or relocation bonus for full‑time employees and $5,000 for part‑time.

• Deliver direct dental care and associated services under general supervision of a dentist.
• Provide scaling and prophylaxis, x‑rays, sealants and fluoride applications, and related procedures.
• Assess dental conditions, review medical history, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene.
• Offer excellent customer service and identify opportunities for same‑day care.
• Guide parents and patients throughout the treatment process.
• Assist with dental and periodontal charting and record‑keeping.
• Take and interpret x‑rays, saving them to patient charts when necessary.
• Provide a memorable, compassionate experience for patients and their families.
• Enjoy working with children who comprise 70% or more of the patient base.

• Current licensure as a Dental Hygienist in good standing.
• CPR (BLS) certification from the ARC or AHA, with hands‑on skill assessment required upon hire.
