Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations for pediatric patients to assess their oral health.
- Diagnose and treat dental issues specific to children, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience.
- Perform dental procedures such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, fillings, and extractions with precision and care.
- Educate patients and parents about proper oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
- Collaborate effectively with our team of dentists, dental hygienists, and support staff to deliver seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and organized patient records in compliance with regulations.
- Enjoy the opportunity to transition to an equity position after a 24-36 month period, reflecting your dedication and contributions to our practice.
- Benefit from a patient base with a manageable percentage (10-15% or less) of Medicaid cases, ensuring a balanced and sustainable practice environment.
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Completion of a pediatric dentistry residency program.
- Board certification in pediatric dentistry.
- State license to practice dentistry and pediatric dentistry in Georgia.
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to pediatric dental care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
