Architectural Designer – Industrial & Manufacturing Projects

We’re looking for an Architectural Designer to join our industrial design team and support the delivery of complex, high-performance facilities. This role is ideal for an early-career designer who’s interested in how buildings actually work — from manufacturing plants and warehouses to logistics and operations-focused spaces.

You’ll collaborate closely with project leaders and technical staff to develop clear, efficient design solutions that balance function, safety, and constructability.

• Support projects through all phases of design and documentation
• Develop drawings, BIM models, and presentation materials in Revit
• Assist with consultant coordination and internal team collaboration
• Support code research, site planning, and industrial design standards
• Participate in design reviews and quality control processes
• Gain hands-on exposure to construction documentation for complex facilities

• Professional degree in Architecture
• 1–3 years of experience in an architectural or design office
• Interest or experience in industrial, manufacturing, or technical projects
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• Basic understanding of construction documents and building systems
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and curiosity to learn
