Position
- Senior Designer 1
Location
- Atlanta, Charlotte or Raleigh- 3 Days onsite
Duration- 12 Months

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading experiences for our clients, teammates and the business..
- Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for client needs.
- Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.
- Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions.
- Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
- Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish long-term relationships.
- Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.
