GATA Productions

The Student Assistant will support the GATA Productions as a Production Assistant on the Statesboro Campus beginning Spring 2026.

Student employees cannot work more than 1300 hours in a 12-consecutive month period.

• Assists in the execution of live broadcasts and in-venue video board productions, including:
• Cameras
• Replays
• Graphics
• Audio
• Utilities

• Up to 20 hours per week
• Flexible with schedule of availability
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Educational Requirements

• Must be enrolled in six or more undergraduate credit hours or three or more graduate credit hours at Georgia Southern University.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with cameras and computers
• Experience working in a live broadcast or creative production environment

$8.00 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.

• Proven proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office, Google, and/or applications as required for specific position
