Graphic Designer

Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) client. This role will focus on producing high-quality visual materials that elevate property marketing, strengthen brand presence, and support business development efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance creativity with accuracy and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

+ Design marketing collateral including offering memorandums, proposals, pitch decks, property brochures, and email campaigns

+ Create digital assets for websites, social media, and online listings

+ Collaborate with brokers, marketing, and research teams to translate property data into compelling visuals

+ Ensure brand consistency across all materials and templates

+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

+ Update and maintain design templates and asset libraries

+ Prepare files for print and digital distribution

Requirements

+ 2-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in commercial real estate, real estate, or professional services

+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; PowerPoint strongly preferred)

+ Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills

Experience with large format design
