What You’ll Do- Support multidisciplinary teams in the development of innovative site and landscape designs for:
- Parks, open spaces, and recreational environments
- Urban streetscapes and mobility corridors
- Campus, civic, and institutional projects
- Green infrastructure, stormwater systems, and ecological restoration
- Assist with conceptual design, site planning, 2D/3D graphics, visualizations, and presentation materials.
- Contribute to the production of construction documents, including layout, grading, planting, and detailed technical drawings.
- Conduct site research, environmental analysis, and inventory documentation to inform design decisions.
- Prepare high‑quality exhibits, diagrams, and visual storytelling materials for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate proactively with project managers and technical leads across disciplines and offices.
- Participate in field observations, construction support tasks, and post‑occupancy evaluations as needed.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program.
- Foundational understanding of site design principles, landscape systems, sustainable design, and environmental stewardship.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard tools and software, including:
- AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Sketch Up, Lumion, or other modeling tools
- Strong graphic communication skills and an ability to distill complex ideas into compelling visuals.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning, growing, and contributing to diverse project types.
- Working knowledge of GIS (ArcGIS, QGIS) for mapping and spatial analysis.
- Understanding of sustainable design frameworks such as:
- SITES
- LEED
- Low Impact Development (LID) strategies
- Internship or studio experience in planning, landscape design, or urban design.
- Strong hand‑sketching or rapid‑ideation abilities.

Basesalary range
$58,656.00 to $91,014.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
