Candidate must have a positive attitude, excellent communication, and organizational skills, working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.  
** Responsibilities:
*** Process customer requests for quotes.
* Support the outside sales team with pricing requests and formal quotes for parts, equipment, and services.
* Processing sales orders for parts and equipment orders
* Generating purchase orders to suppliers for parts and equipment needed to fulfil open sales orders.
* Work together with the other insides sales team members to ensure customer orders are being processed in a timely manner.
* Follow up on submitted quotes, continually communicate lead time and delivery status of orders with customers.

* Required Skills:

*** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 2–6 years of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or a related client-facing role
* Demonstrated customer service focus, with a track record of responding to client needs professionally and promptly
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
* Proven organizational and task management skills, with the ability to follow established processes consistently
* Process-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Self-motivated and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency
* Proven problem-solving skills, including identifying issues and implementing practical solutions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation, data entry, tracking, and reporting
