Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta. In this role you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs are accurate, functional, and compliant with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods as well as excellent technical drafting skills.

• Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop design concepts.
• Ensure that designs are accurate, functional, and compliant with building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to gather information and take measurements.
• Make revisions to drawings based on feedback from clients or project managers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent technical drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex information to various stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per week for this full-time position.
