  • Develop original spatial design concepts and art direction through AI applications, mood boards and sketches.
  • Deliver and present design deliverables directly to clients, articulating design decisions to sell work.

  • Design with close attention to project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Lead site visits and surveys to gather accurate data for design implementation.
  • Ensure alignment of furniture, props and decor with design concepts and project requirements.
  • Co‑manage fabrication vendors in collaboration with production, creating and managing build lists for quotes and performing value engineering as necessary.
  • Ensure execution aligns with design specifications during install.
Qualifications

  • Proficient in 3D modelling software such as Rhino, Sketch Up or Cinema4D.
  • Proficient knowledge of AI programs such as Runway, Claude and Meshy, and ability to combine AI expertise with 3D skills to maximize efficiency and elevate output.
  • Ability to create stunning visuals with simulated materials & lighting using rendering software such as Vray, Podium, Key Shot or equivalent.
  • Mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other relevant Creative Suite tools.
  • Hand‑sketching skills are a plus.
