Job Opportunity
Growing full service firm looking to add a talented Architect to their Atlanta office! Responsibilities include project administration and construction administration, serving as the point of contact for clients, meeting with local government entities to discuss requirements, retail design, documentation and coordination, architectural design and documentation of retail ground up and tenant improvement type projects, coordination within disciplines, permitting research, planning and zoning, building surveys and feasibility studies.
Requirements include 6 plus years experience in the field of commercial architecture with a focus on Retail projects, a Bachelor's in Architecture with the ability to become licensed, proficiency in AutoCAD 2012 or 2013, and knowledge of Revit/BIM experience preferred.
