- 5 – 10 years experience landscape design
, client presentations, estimating, and construction plans - 4 yr degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related with strong horticultural expertise.
- Experienced in client relationships, field installation coordination
, estimating (LMN/Leanscaper), and illustration software, AutoCAD a plus.
- $80K–$108K base + performance incentives, health benefits, PTO
- Professional development (NALP, conferences), and long-term growth opportunities.
As Head of Landscape Design & Horticulture you will lead all aspects of high-end residential landscape design and horticulture execution.
- Lead landscape design from concept through construction ready plans and renderings.
- Internal horticulture expert and trusted client advisor.
- Support estimating, project coordination, team development, and process refinement.
