Responsibilities
- Model mechanical piping systems.
- Coordinate systems with ductwork, mechanical equipment, architectural, and structural elements.
- Create As-Built condition drawings for projects.
- Stay within compliance with project plans, specifications, and code.
- Produce all documents on time and within budget.
- Work alongside the project manager and field foreman.
- High School diploma or GED, or 2 years associate's degree.
- 5 years experience with mechanical piping design or trade.
- Basic Microsoft Office experience.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
