Position Summary:The position is in the Federal Buildings Business Unit, and the project type is majority US Federal Government facilities that are contracted by Department of Defense clients (USACE, NAVFAC, etc.) as well as Federal Civilian clients to include NASA, FAA, GSA, OBO and Intelligence Community amongst many others. As an Interior Designer on our team, you'll provide programming, space planning, furniture layout and design, furniture specifications, interior finish selections, specifications, and presentations to clients.
You'll compile, create, and specify full SID and CID packages for FF&E documentation and procurement. You'll produce construction drawings and documentation for furniture and interior design, coordinate furniture and space planning, and collaborate with manufacturer representatives. You will work under the direction of the Federal Southeast Interior Design Group Lead.

- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from a CIDA accredited school
- At least 5 years of experience in a commercial design environment
- United States Citizenship
- Proficiency in REVIT, Sketch-up, AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Bluebeam, and Photoshop
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of building codes, ADA requirements, and LEED sustainability
- Ambition to take the NCIDQ exam

The base salary range for this position is $75,300.00 to $. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
