Architect​/Architectural

We’re looking for a talented and experienced architect or rising architect with 5+ years of experience to join our Atlanta office. This person should be able to perform in a self-directed manner in all facets of the design process, including preparation of presentations, schematic design, design development, contract documents, model building and rendering, as well as construction administration, while adhering to budgets, timelines, schedules, and other project requirements.

• Develop concepts based on given criteria; use feedback to modify designs
• Work collaboratively with other team members as to best approach
• Increase required technical and functional skills in related technologies, which may include Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, Rhino, Enscape, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, and other 3D modeling, rendering programs and legacy programs
• Lead small teams on a task‑by‑task basis
• Participate in professional development activities and initiatives, both inside and outside the firm
• Build and maintain a network of connections and resources within the industry; attend events central to the firm’s strengths and goals
• Any other duties as assigned

• A professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited school
• 5+ years of experience in a professional architecture environment
• Proficiency in Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, Enscape, and other 3D modeling and rendering programs such as Rhino
• Knowledge of materials, project design, and preparation of construction documentation
• Experience across all phases and aspects of a project is desirable
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a collaborative, professional manner
• Able to problem solve with attention to detail and a desire to learnable to work independently with little supervision
• Required:
  Licensed Architect OR actively pursuing and on track for future licensure
