Welcome Home’s differentiation extends beyond providing the most technologically advanced, easiest to use software in the space. Clients receive white glove support, from the migration from their legacy CRM platform to ongoing day to day training and troubleshooting.

As the UX Designer, you will be responsible for shaping how our team thinks about design and helping us build experiences that are both beautiful and genuinely useful to the people who rely on them every day. You will help shape end-to-end user experiences across our CRM platform, contributing to a maturing UX practice and delivering elegant solutions that serve our users in senior living and home care.

You think in components and in strategy, and you can move between the two without losing the thread. You ask sharp questions before opening Figma, prototype quickly to learn faster, and find the most rewarding work at the intersection of visual precision and human understanding.

You will contribute to every stage of the design process, including:

• Owning design from end-to-end, from discovery through delivery while managing goals, requirements and technical constraints along the way
• Translating complex user and business needs into clear, elegant interfaces
• Prototyping at whatever fidelity the problem calls for — from quick whiteboard sketches to high-fidelity interactive flows
• Presenting and advocating for design solutions with cross-functional partners
• Contributing to and evolving our design system
• Helping shape how and when we integrate AI into our workflows
• Consistently lead decision-making with our user’s-perspective. Always advocating for our users’ preferred path even when that requires helping others to see your point of view

This role is highly cross-functional, requiring close partnership with Product Management, Engineering, and occasionally customers in discovery or usability sessions. We’re looking to add a team member who is low-ego, energized by feedback, and at their best in a collaborative environment where healthy discussion and design best practices drive decisions forward.

• 2 to 4 years of UX design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating strong visual software design skills
• A strong portfolio of shipped digital products showing craft across visual design and prototyping
• Proven ability to own and deliver design solutions for complex workflows in SaaS or B2B products
• Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and the ability to translate them into real, usable interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma, including component-based design, prototyping, and design system contribution
• Experience working alongside Product Managers and Engineers in collaborative team environment
• Comfort occasionally engaging directly with customers in discovery conversations or usability sessions
• A systems mindset — you think in components and core product strategy and know how to connect the two
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including enthusiasm for sharing ideas and work-in-progress
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering and understanding front-end development considerations
