Help Shape the Next Generation of Enterprise Software

We're looking for an Associate Product Designer who is excited about building AI-powered products that simplify complex work and improve decision-making.

This is not a traditional production design role. You'll work directly with product leaders, engineers, business stakeholders, and modern AI tools to redesign workflows, challenge assumptions, and create experiences that feel modern, intelligent, and intuitive.

We're seeking a designer early in their career who thinks beyond screens and embraces AI as part of the design process. If you naturally question whether a user needs another click, form, or workflow step at all, you'll thrive here.

• Design modern web and mobile experiences using Figma.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and developer-ready specifications.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, and design iteration.
• Partner closely with product managers and engineers to solve complex workflow challenges.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow discovery activities.
• Improve designs using user feedback, product analytics, and business outcomes.
• Contribute to an evolving design system while helping define new interaction patterns.
• Explore conversational, contextual, and AI-assisted product experiences.

• 1-3 years of Product Design, UX, or UI experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, design thinking, and iteration.
• Proficiency with Figma, including components, variants, responsive layouts, and prototyping.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Microsoft Copilot, v0, Bolt, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, interaction design, and developer handoff.
• Strong communication skills, curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and generative AI workflows.
• Design systems, micro-interactions, motion design, or frontend collaboration experience.
• Experience with SaaS, ERP, CRM, operational workflow, logistics, or enterprise software products.

We're less interested in perfect pixels and more interested in how you think.

Strong candidates can demonstrate examples where they:

• Simplified a complex workflow.
• Challenged an obvious solution and found a better one.
• Used AI to improve the quality or speed of their work.
• Built something independently out of curiosity.
• Incorporated feedback and improved outcomes through iteration.
• Clearly explained design decisions and tradeoffs.

Enterprise software shouldn't feel like enterprise software.

Within your first six months, you will:

• Deliver production-ready designs that improve real user workflows.
• Contribute reusable patterns to the design system.
• Help modernize at least one legacy process through thoughtful design.
• Become a trusted partner to product and engineering teams.
• Establish efficient AI-assisted workflows for research, ideation, and prototyping.
