We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry‑Level Industrial Architect to join our team in Atlanta
This position is open to candidates of all nationalities who are fluent in English and looking for part‑time work without prior experience in the field
As the Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings factories and warehouses You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create efficient and functional spaces
This role also requires candidates to have their own visa and accommodation as we do not provide sponsorship

Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and preferences
- Design industrial buildings factories and warehouses using computer-aided design CAD software
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints for construction purposes
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and zoning laws
- Work with contractors to monitor the progress of construction projects
- Make necessary changes or modifications to plans as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of building codes safety regulations and zoning laws
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work part‑time hours
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this part‑time position
