Architectural Designer (Part-time) - Atlanta, USA
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team in Atlanta on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative and functional spaces. This role requires a high level of creativity, technical skills, and the ability to work independently. The designer will be responsible for producing detailed drawings and 3D models, as well as coordinating with clients and contractors.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Develop detailed drawings and 3D models of architectural designs
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project goals and needs
- Coordinate with contractors to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Present design concepts and ideas to clients for approval
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends, materials, and technology
Salary: $1300 per month (based on experience)
