Junior Commercial Architect - Atlanta

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Atlanta As a junior architect you will work under the direction of senior architects and gain valuable experience in all aspects of commercial architecture This is a contract position with an immediate start date and no prior experience is required

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking for an entry-level position in the field of commercial architecture

• Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and plans for commercial buildings
• Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD and Revit to create detailed drawings and 3D models
• Assist in conducting site visits surveys and analysis to gather information for project designs
• Research building codes zoning laws and other regulations to ensure compliance in designs
• Work with contractors engineers and other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss design options and modifications

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit Sketch Up or other design software programs
• Strong understanding of building codes zoning laws and construction processes
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Salary $1500 per month negotiable based on experience
