Role Description The Architectural Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Atlanta, GA, responsible for leading residential projects through construction completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project schedules, managing design and documentation workflows, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors. The role involves overseeing the preparation and review of construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure quality, accuracy, and code compliance.

Salary Range $90,000 - $94,000.

Qualifications

• Project coordination skills, including managing schedules, deliverables, and communication among clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong residential architectural background with proficiency in design development, construction drawings, building codes, and detailing.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation tools (e.g., AutoCAD), plus strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts, and document decisions clearly.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience managing residential architectural projects, preferably including on-site coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
