THE ROLEYou take signed design agreements — decks, porches, pergolas, hardscape, outdoor living spaces — and turn them into refined designs, accurate estimates, and closed projects. Our Project Developers sell the agreement and hand you a committed client. You own the design and the technical side of the presentation; they close.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3+ years designing/estimating decks, porches, or outdoor living projects specifically
Working knowledge of modern decking materials and outdoor construction
Proficiency with design software (Sketch Up, Chief Architect, Realtime Landscape Architect, or similar)
Strong client-facing presence
Comfort working inside a defined system, not building your own process
