Hiring Salary: USD 90,000. YEARLY

Responsible for supporting global brand design strategy and scalable design delivery across the portfolio, developing creative, commercially grounded solutions that strengthen brand distinction, improve owner economics and enable consistent execution across new-build, conversion and renovation projects.

Your day to day:

• Develop and refine scalable design solutions, prototypes, guidance and tools that translate brand strategy into practical applications for owners, developers and design teams
• Partner with Design, Development, Procurement, Brand Delivery, F&B and Operations teams to improve build cost, speed to market and ease of execution without compromising brand distinction
• Evaluate design concepts and project applications for alignment with brand strategy, guest experience and brand standards, providing clear and actionable creative direction
• Lead or support design work streams for priority initiatives including design development, conversion strategies, renovation solutions, design collections and other growth-enabling programs
• Manage external design partners, consultants and agencies, including briefing, creative review, deliverables, schedules and budget coordination
• Monitor competitive design, hospitality and lifestyle trends to identify opportunities that keep our brands relevant, differentiated and commercially competitive

What we need from you:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in interior design, architecture, industrial design, hospitality design or a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4-6 years of experience in hospitality design, interior design, architecture, brand design or a related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design judgment, concept development and the ability to translate creative strategy into built or scalable design solutions
• Experience working across multiple project types
• Strong understanding of design documentation, materials, FF&E, procurement considerations and the commercial realities of design development
• Experience effectively managing design partners, consultants and cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams, schedules, deliverables and priorities
• Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly to creative and non-creative audiences
• Hospitality, lifestyle or upper-upscale hotel design experience preferred; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant design software is a plus

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the Atlanta office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
