Architectural Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design objectives
• Develop concept sketches drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design CAD software
• Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications
• Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
• Work closely with project managers engineers and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
• Provide support during the construction process to ensure designs are accurately implemented

• Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
• Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month

This position is located in Atlanta While we welcome candidates from all backgrounds this job is specifically open to Indian nationals

Working Hours:

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday
