Job Captain / Project Architect (Faith‑Based Projects)
We’re looking for an experienced Job Captain / Project Architect to support a growing portfolio of faith‑based, worship, and community‑focused projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment and brings strong technical skills, coordination abilities, and a passion for designing spaces that inspire connection and purpose.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and support project development from schematic design through construction documentation
- Produce detailed, coordinated drawings in Revit
- Work closely with consultants, engineers, and internal teams
- Participate in client meetings and design reviews
- Assist with construction administration (RFIs, submittals, site visits)
- Mentor junior staff and support studio standards
- 5–10+ years of architectural experience
- Background in faith‑based or worship projects strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Revit
- Strong understanding of building systems, codes, and detailing
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Licensure preferred (or actively pursuing)
