Who We’re Looking For

We welcome students with a focus on, Architecture, urban planning, Landscape architecture, and related fields- who are:

What you'll do

• Provide customer service both in-person and over the phone
• Draft narrative and illustrative content for plans and reports
• Assist in the coordination of certain permits, including:
  Land Disturbance Permits, Plats, Zoning-Related Applications & Fence Permits.
• Manages pre-application meetings for planning and zoning-related applications, including pre-review of all submittals, note-taking and follow-up correspondence with applicants or clients.
• Manages and updates all applications and forms, as needed.
• Assembles notes/summary/minutes documents for meetings.
• Completes business license reviews for compliance with zoning regulations.
• Conducts research on planning and zoning-related matters.
• Travel to other local offices and clients may be necessary.
