Flowtec Group is partnering with a leading firm in mission critical construction to appoint a BIM Technician to support the delivery of large-scale data center projects.
This is a strong entry point into mission critical work. You don't need data center experience - if you've got a solid year of BIM behind you and you're confident in Revit, our client will give you exposure to some of the most technically demanding builds in the country.
What You'll Be Doing:- Building and maintaining Revit models across project phases
- Producing drawings and documentation from the model
- Updating models to reflect design changes and site conditions
- Supporting model coordination and clash detection alongside the wider project team
- Keeping models accurate and in line with project standards
- Working closely with engineers and BIM leads on live projects
- Around 1 year of BIM experience
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
