Mashburn seeks a talented Sweater Designer to own the design, development, and execution of sweaters and knitwear for Sid Mashburn and Ann Mashburn. You will collaborate with the Men’s VP of Design and Women’s Design Director to harmonize knitwear with the broader brand aesthetic.
Reporting to the EVP of Design & Product, with dotted lines to both, you’ll lead concept-to-production, build knit swatches, review lab dips, and partner with factories and Technical Design to ensure fit and quality
