About the Group:
Ear, Nose and Throat Practice
- Location is based in an excellent part of Atlanta, GA
- Private practice founded in 2002.
- Provide conservative and surgical ENT care
- Currently 1 ENT physician, 1 Nurse Practitioner, and 7 employees.
- This is not an employed position. The current Owner/Founder of the practice is retiring and seeking a sale of their practice.
- New Physician would be purchasing the practice, patient base, and equipment
- Current Physician is willing to operate and execute the transition on the purchaser's timeline.
- This group provides ENT care including evaluations, allergy injections, medication management, and surgical procedures.
- Candidate must be able and willing to perform Nasal/Sinus procedures - Balloon Sinuplasty, Endo sinus surgery, etc.
- Clinic Patient Volume typically 18-25 patients per day. Mixture of Evaluations, Injections, and Follow Ups.
- Determine your own working hours and time off. Very Minimal patient calls during weekends or off hours.
- Perform procedures at the local Hospital System and Ambulatory Surgical Center.
- This is an opportunity to grow the business and establish roots. This group has a high revenue upside.
- Great location in a vibrant area of Atlanta, GA.
- Clean books and balance sheet on the practice. Assets are ready to be sold.
- Set your own clinic hours and time off. Determine your own scope of practice and procedure schedule.
- The latest technology and equipment already on site (CT Scanner, Balloon Sinuplasty w/ Tracking, Billing and Insurance Automation in Place)
- Established relationships with the local hospital system and ambulatory surgical center.
- Office staff and Nurse Practitioner in place to assist with day to day operations. Very friendly working environment.
- This practice is already bringing in a multi million dollar revenue annually.
Otolaryngologist (ENT)
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Ability to hold and maintain Georgia State Medical License
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Desire to own and maintain an established ENT practice in the Metro Atlanta area
- Desire and ability to perform ENT related procedures
