You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategic force behind our Guides—the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage students, from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

- Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, the design of engaging learning experiences, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
- Delivering consistent, practical feedback to Guides to enhance student engagement and outcomes.
- Personally mentoring a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; you concentrate on training them to facilitate with excellence.
- Compromising standards – when our benchmark is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation.
- Running dull training sessions – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, high-impact, experiential learning.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and develop a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world-class excellence.
Basic Requirements- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven track record of designing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Background working with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Expertise in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement.
- Availability to work on-site in Atlanta, GA or Spotswood, NJ.
- Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
