You will combine exceptional coaching expertise with dynamic presentation skills, converting workshops, metric‑focused strategy sessions, and precise feedback into powerful learning experiences. • Coaching and developing Guides to deliver Alpha workshops at the highest level of excellence
• Authoring Guide Playbooks that capture best practices for workshop facilitation, crafting engaging learning experiences, and overcoming obstacles
• Delivering consistent, actionable coaching to Guides to elevate student participation and outcomes
• Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating advanced coaching techniques and motivational approaches

• Developing lesson plans – Guides support students through adaptive learning platforms; your emphasis is on training them to become outstanding motivators
• Compromising expectations – when the passing standard is 100%, you uphold that benchmark
• Running dull training sessions – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energizing, experiential learning

• Currently located in or prepared to relocate for on‑site work at an Alpha Campus (Bethesda, MD; Chicago, IL; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA)
• Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a closely related domain.
• Proven track record designing and deploying innovative educational programs, curricula, or training solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with a history of building, managing, and inspiring high‑performing teams.
• Background working with young people (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging performance metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Authorized to work legally in the United States.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
