You will serve as the catalyst, coach, and strategist guiding our Guides—the frontline learning facilitators who inspire rather than simply instruct. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, encompassing the creation of operational playbooks, feedback systems, and the demonstration of exemplary facilitation techniques.

• Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with exceptional excellence
• Authoring Guide Playbooks that outline best practices for facilitation, the design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming challenges
• Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
• Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching techniques and motivational approaches

• Creating lesson plans – your Guides support students' learning via adaptive applications; your emphasis is on preparing them to be outstanding facilitators
• Compromising standards – when our passing benchmark is 100%, your role is to uphold that expectation
• Conducting dull training – you will develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning

Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with exceptional excellence.

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
• Robust leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
• Experience engaging with youth (ages 5‑18) in an educational or developmental setting.
• Competence in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
• Availability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA or Spotswood, NJ.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
