What You Will Be Doing
- Facilitating one-hour live workshops focused on life skills—including public speaking, focus, and feedback exchange—for students in grades K‑8, using Alpha's established framework
- Conducting motivational sessions powered by Coachbot analytics and Alpha's reward structures (digital currency, performance leaderboards) to achieve 100% student goal attainment
- Developing Guides through coaching on adherence to program standards and consistency, ensuring each interaction results in concrete next steps
- Managing your own cohort of students while simultaneously growing the capacity of other Guides
- Monitoring student engagement scores, completion metrics, and Guide effectiveness data
- Teaching or providing academic tutoring. Academic learning happens through digital platforms.
- Creating lesson plans or developing new curriculum. Alpha's playbook serves as your operational foundation, allowing you to concentrate on delivery and relationship‑building.
- Compromising when a student reaches 99% rather than 100%. Maintaining expectations demonstrates your confidence in their ability to reach the standard.
- Training Guides on instructional methods. Since Guides do not teach content, you'll be developing their capacity for energy management, student motivation, and accountability practices.
