Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Elevate Program Host (Contractor) to support the delivery of the Elevate system-wide leadership development program. This role serves as the operational host for instructor-led Elevate classes, ensuring a consistent, safe, and inclusive learning experience for participants in a virtual environment.

The Host is responsible for opening and closing sessions using approved scripts, managing attendance and logistics, supporting instructors and participants, and reinforcing organizational values throughout the learning experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Host assigned Elevate classes delivered virtually.
• Remain present and engaged for the full duration of each assigned Elevate session to ensure continuity, consistency, and a high-quality participant experience.
• Join sessions 15-30 minutes early to prepare logistics and connect with the instructor.
• Deliver required opening and closing remarks, including:
  • Welcome and Separation Protocol
  • Safety Moment
  • Intentional Inclusion Moment
• Introduce instructors and support smooth transitions throughout the session.
• Track attendance, follow up with no-shows as needed, and submit completed attendance documentation within 24 hours.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for instructors and participants during the session.
• Support basic logistics, including chat support for virtual sessions.
• Coordinate the collection and monthly distribution of participant post-session survey data to course facilitators.
• Provide timely, accurate, and actionable feedback on course content and facilitator delivery.
• Share post-course survey links or QR codes and complete required Host feedback surveys.
• For designated courses, manage the start and end of session recordings in accordance with program guidelines.
• Perform other relevant administrative support activities as needed.

• Strong verbal communication skills and professional presence
• Ability to confidently deliver scripted content
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfort using Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and virtual meeting tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a positive participant experience
• Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with separation protocols

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting training sessions, meetings, or facilitated events
• Availability to host multiple sessions throughout the year
• Reliable technology and internet access for virtual sessions
